COTA online training
COTA requires everyone working F1 weekend to complete two online trainings before arriving on site. Watch both in full and complete the knowledge checks. They’re separate from orientation.
When asked for your agency, choose Undergrads.

When you arrive at Lot S, scan the Attendance QR code with your phone camera. Show your lead the green confirmation screen.
- Find your lead
Concessions: find your Zone Manager at Lot S (look for the signs and roster check-in) and pick up your lunch at check-in.
Premium: report to your Agency Lead at Lot S.
- Confirm your uniform size
Premium: try on the button-up shirts during the session to lock in your size (M/F).
Concessions: confirm your unisex t-shirt size during the session so your uniform is ready at the tent on event days.

Drop-off and pick-up: Turns 1, 3, 6 and 11
- Yellow Star
Serves: Grand Plaza, Fan Field, Turn 12, PSL 15, and Turn 13 and Trackside Chalets (Morgan Stanley, Apple Ads, Brex, Cadillac, FlexJet and more)

- Red Square
Serves: Support Paddock, Main Grandstand (MGS), Trackside Suites, Circuit Suite and Onderland
Drop-off and pick-up: Support Paddock and Main Grandstand (MGS)
Pedestrian bridge: if you work at Support Paddock, Lonestar Land, The Ranch, Super Stage or The Terrace, walk across the pedestrian bridge at the end of your shift to reach your afternoon pick-up hub (Green Circle or Yellow Star).
